Return Timeframe

Special Note: Even if the 7-day return period has passed, you can contact us within 30 days, and we will evaluate each case individually to find the best solution for you (processing may take longer).

7-Day Return Policy:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.

Items must be:

Uninstalled, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging. Retaining the original packaging is mandatory for inspection and approval of your return.

Report issues promptly:

We recommend reporting any issues within the first 48 hours of receiving the product to expedite the resolution process.

Exchanges and Returns:

Are completely free of charge for our customers, only in the case of a damaged product or if the wrong product was delivered.

Images of the product and the original packaging are necessary for processing your claim.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
  • Photos of the damaged item and the original packaging are required to process your claim.

Wrong Product Received:

  • If you receive the wrong product, we will promptly arrange a replacement or provide a refund.
  • Photos of the incorrect product and the original packaging are required to process your claim.

Product Not as Described:

  • Items that significantly differ from their description may qualify for a refund.
  • Photos of the product and the original packaging are required to process your claim.

Incorrect Quantity:

  • If the quantity does not match your order, we will issue a refund upon receiving photos of the items delivered.
  • Photos of the product and the original packaging are required to process your claim.

Important Information

Change of Mind:

No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind:

Starting January 1, 2025, we will no longer accept returns for these reasons.

Order Cancellations:

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Keep Original Packaging:

Please retain the original packaging until the item has been inspected. Returns without original packaging may not be accepted.

Return Authorization (RMA):

All returns require an RMA number. Items sent without an RMA number or to unauthorized addresses will not qualify for refunds and may be returned to the sender.

How to Initiate a Return

    - photos of the item and the original packaging;
    - a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Await instructions and an RMA number from our team.
  4. Ship the item to the provided address in its original packaging.
